Chanan Construction was founded in 2002 with a simple conviction: that the best marketing in the world is a client who tells their friends, "they did exactly what they said they would."

Our Story

Two decades of doing it right.

We started small — one crew, one project at a time, and an obsession with getting details right that most people would never notice. That obsession earned referrals, the referrals became neighborhoods, and today Chanan builds across the full residential spectrum: new construction, remodels, and complete subdivision development.

What hasn't changed: the founder's phone number still rings through to a person who cares, every project still gets a dedicated lead, and we still walk every home before handover the way we did in 2002 — slowly, and with high standards.

The road from 2002.

2002: Chanan Construction founded. First custom home completed — for a client who still lives in it today.
2008: Through the downturn, we kept every commitment on every active project. Referrals from those years still drive our business.
2013: Expanded into residential subdivision development — taking raw land through planning, infrastructure, and full neighborhood build-out.
2018: Introduced the Chanan aftercare program — two years of scheduled service on every project, industry-leading then and now.
2022: Twenty years in. Adopted high-performance building standards across every project — new builds and remodels alike.
Today: More than 115 residential subdivisions, plus countless new homes and remodels — and the same standard we set on day one: do exactly what we said we would.
